In the next step, pass the contents of the pot over a filter, in this stage use the filter with tiny holes so that the skin and tomato seeds do not enter the water that passes through the filter, and only the water and the meat part of the tomato paste will pass through the filter, because the skin and tomato paste inside the tomato paste will cause it to blow mold early and you can not keep it for long; so pay special attention to this issue to increase the storage of the paste.

After watering the tomatoes, pour the tomato water into a pot and place the pot on the soft heat to be slightly concentrated, then add some salt to the paste and mix it with the paste to make it taste like salt all over the place.

Note that the amount of salt is not low and high, it is enough to add 20 grams of salt for every kilogram of tomato juice; If you want to make the tomato juice more concentrated, the bottom of the pot will be burning more. If the bottom of the pot is burnt, your paste will taste bad. So make sure to stir the tomato water continuously to prevent it from being dried. Avoid adding more or less of the flame because it will reduce the burning of your paste.

To ensure that your paste has reached its concentration, create a groove with a spoon and a notch on it. If that groove is filled at once, your paste is not in sufficient concentration, if the groove is filled after a while, your paste has reached its concentration, add 50 grams of liquid oil for each kilo of tomato paste and stir the contents well.

Then turn off the heat under the pot and let your paste cool for a while, then pour the paste into the glass containers, pour over the paste a bit of olive oil and close it, and then put the paste in the refrigerator, so we will once again take care of the house tomato paste so that you can easily observe them and your paste has a high durability.
